Several projects have been funded by the SCO Project Funding Committee over the past months: A Record Board for MSHS Track and Field and for the Aquatics Academy, the play based learning infrastructure for G1, the ES gardening area, books in the Library for several mother-tongue groups, printing of The Flame, Vietnamese subtitles for a documentary on plastic pollution, a new School Song, are some of the projects that have become a reality with help from the SCO.
But we only provide help and funding, we need new ideas!
We develop new initiatives from students, teachers and parents to enhance our school and our community. If you feel the need for some equipment in campus, or have figured out a way to implement the UN’s SDGs within our community, or have an idea for a workshop and need money to make it real, you can apply for funding to the SCO.
The SCO Project Funding Committee is made of volunteer parents who make a two-year commitment to oversee funding allocation. We are now recruiting new members, let us know if you want to join!
We are looking forward to seeing your ideas and working together to make the community we want. To learn more, or apply for a project click here SCO Project Funding website.
