Dr Doug Ota is a leading child psychologist specializing in moving and how transitions effect people. To help school’s manage the challenge of transitions better he wrote a guiding book “Safe Passage: How mobility affects people and what international schools should do about it“.
UNIS Hanoi has been randomly selected to participate in the Safe Passage Attachment Study at International Schools (SPASIS) looking into the experience transitions have people’s ability to develop deep relationships, also referred to as attachment security.
