Thank you to all who took the time to meet with us on Monday, October 1.
We hope that we were able to offer a better insight into ‘Epicure’ and answer some of your questions.
We have listened to your concerns and are currently working through comments and suggestions received during the meeting, via the Tin Tuc message board and through student feedback. Following the Autumn break we will begin to make some changes to our services and also our menu.
The first change will support ES students choosing and enjoying a more nutritionally balanced lunch by changing the current ‘buffet style’ dishes to Asian/Western/Vegetarian set meals. We will also display sample plates. We will be working with the ES Administration team to ensure these changes are well communicated in advance so the transition does not impact lunch service or cause any confusion at the counters for the younger students.
I will update the school community accordingly on further developments and look forward to working closely with you to ensure we provide the best possible service.
