To sleep well our body need’s to be comfortable where you are sleeping, you also need to be in a dark place where there is no light to bother you and a place where nobody can start to wake you up from sleep and start to talk to you. No body can bother you whan we are sleeping so you can have a good night sleep.

NREM start off as an light sleep and you can wake up any time and the NREM is also when you fall in depper sleep and your eyes and brain are still active but your othere body parts is resting. After there is REM sleep where your brain is completly off and start to dream.

What i think happened was when you are dreaming it is made out of every thing you see in the day befor and you can start to see things that you had seen in the day befor or your bain can start to use those pictrur to make up a story, but the story can be really cool or you can have a nightmare.

When you are young you need alot of sleep to keep you strong and so your body can work hard in the day time. As you get older need don’t need that much sleep because we need to go to wark and need to wake so you can get your jop done. When you are really old you can stay awake if you want or not .

I believe that our brain rests and we relax. I also think that our body takes a break from all the hard work and I think that is why we sleep a lot and get tired if we play a lot for a day or we move a lot for the day.
The video says that while we sleep, our breathing slows down and our muscles relax. It also says that while we sleep, our temperature drops and our blood pressure decreases. Also nobody is sure what our brains are up to while we sleep but while our conscious mind may shut down, our nerve cells are still hard at work. Dreaming sorts out our memories.

I think it’s because they stay up and talk before they go to bed and they wake up very early to have a shower. So basically they don’t get enough sleep.

What will help us sleep well?

For me, what makes me sleep well is eating a lot to make sure that I am too full to walk around. I just plop down on my bed and realize that I haven’t brushed my teeth yet so I fall off my bed, crawl to the bathroom, brush my teeth, crawl back to my bed and fall asleep again. Another thing I do to make myself very tired is by dancing, singing, playing and running around with my sisters or tire my eyes out by watching TV until 8:00.

What is NREM sleep and REM Sleep?
    NREM (Non-Rapid Eye Movement) sleep:
During this sleep it is easy to wake up because it is a very light sleep. After about 5-10 minutes you go into a deeper sleep. At this time your brain and eyes are inactive. But your body moves a lot, sometimes you might even sleep walk! At this time, your body grows, as well as repairs damaged tissues.
    REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep:
During this time, you are in a deep sleep, where your eyes move, and your brain is busy. And this also when your body is paralyzed and you are having your wonderful or terrible dreams.
NREM and REM sleep happens in between cycles. The first cycle happens for about 5 – 10 minutes and the last one can be as long as a full hour.
What do you believe happens while you dream?
Since I read lots of Roald Dahl books, I believe that dreams are things that float around in the air at night and is not visible to the human eye. These dreams are different, some are bad and others are good. You can only sometimes hear them, if you want to then you have to go to a silent area and just focus really hard to the sound of the wind. Good dreams sometimes sound like the sweet breeze of the wind. Some dreams that come out during the day can be mistaken by water splashing amongst the seas rocks.

  11. Sleep is important because your body needs rest. Skipping one night of sleep will probably make you feel cranky and a little uncoordinated. If you skip a couple nights in a row, you will even start to hallucinate. Hallucinate means when you start to see and hear things that don’t exist.

One way you could prevent this from happening, and getting a good night rest is to exercise during the day. If your body is tired then it will be easier to fall asleep.

There two stages of sleep, which happen in a cycle: REM sleep and NREM sleep. REM stands for rapid eye movement and NREM stands for non rapid eye movement.

During NREM, your eyes and brain are inactive, but your body might move. This is the time when sleepwalking happens.

During REM sleep, It’s literally the opposite: Your body is inactive but your brain works a lot, and your eyes move quickly. This is when you get dreams. Your first REM sleep, usually lasts about ten minutes, but the period of time increases between the cycle. Your last REM sleep might last for one our. Af6ter that, you go back to NREM sleep.

I believe that what happens in your dreams might both be memories from past events you had experienced or something more symbolic like your fears or something like that.

My favorite type of dreams are Lucid dreams, when you know that you are dreaming and you are able to control them. I already had three of them in my life, and it’s an amazing feeling.

  12. Sleep is extremely important for keeping you alive and energetic during the day along will mentally and physically healthy. If you don’t sleep you will experience dizziness and you’ll see things that aren’t actually there. You can get cranky and have trouble focusing. Sleep will help with your growth. If you don’t get enough sleep it can stunt your growth, it will keep you from getting any taller, or even stop you from being able to think properly.

There are many different reasons that might keep you from sleeping but one of the most common ones is that you are stressed before you sleep and you are thinking about to many things at once. Either you are scared or you have something going that’s a problem and you want to fix it but you haven’t yet, and the stress is keeping you awake. Things you can do to stop this or fix it might be thinking about things that relax you. Or if you are just extremely uncomfortable and you’re tossing and turning and you continuously look at the clock, one thing you can do is to hide the clock. Looking at the clock only makes you more stressed about actually getting to sleep. You just have to find a way to reduce the amount of stress in your mind.

NREM sleep is a light sleep that you can be easily awaken from. It is the first part of the sleep cycle, your brain is inactive and it is not possible to have a dream at this stage but your body may move around. This stage is also when your body grows and when your body gets rid of viruses or when it fixes damaged tissue. The next stage is the REM stage. This is the deeper sleep that you aren’t waken from easily. This is the stage when you start to dream and put things together in your mind that happened during the day. Some people think that dreams are about what you thought during the day and about what has happened. Others think that it is something much more symbolic that none of us can explain.

I personally think it is about things you felt during the day, but I also feel that it has more of a meaning then just what you’re feeling. Dreaming might also be about what you feel is going to happen or how you want to fix a problem. What a dream is, really depends on how or what you think about.
